Rules: No smoking in the house or on the property. Lots of natural grass that is very dry most of the year, and nearest fire hydrant is on Cottage San Rd.  A few pets are possible, but outside cats may disappear (coyotes), and barking dogs are not welcome. (Very quiet neighborhood)Non-functioning cars shall not be parked for more than 10 days. (This is not a mechanics shop.) Maximum occupancy of 3 people, temporary guest excluded. Porch areas are not to be used for storage areas. Quiet property with deer in the area almost all year long. There are very few area lights in the neighborhood and hillside blocks some of Silver City skyglow. (This is a good site for astronomy) The only negatives to this property is the 1.5 tenths of a mile dirt road to Cottage San and the creek which floods after large storm events about 4 times per year. Often the creek is passable with-in a 3 hour timeframe. Broadcast TV not very good, cable recommended, service is available and the house is wired.
