Rules: No smoking in the house or on the property. Lots of natural grass that is very dry most of the year, and nearest fire hydrant is on Cottage San Rd. Quiet property with deer in the area almost all year long. There are very few area lights in the neighborhood and hillside blocks some of Silver City skyglow. (This is a good site for astronomy) The only negatives to this property is the 1.5 tenths of a mile dirt road to Cottage San and the creek which floods after large storm events about 4 times per year. Often the creek is passable with-in a 3 hour timeframe. Broadcast TV not very good, cable recommended, service is available and the house is wired.
