La Fiesta is the largest apartment with 2200 sq. ft. 
It is the original building of Tierra Alta, with a reduction and addition around 1942.  The 4 original rooms (dining, living, office and bedroom, all have 11'-6" tall ceilings with 16" coves into the walls.  There are 7' diameter ceiling fans in the office, bedroom, living room and kitchen to help maintain consistent temperatures throughout the home.
The kitchen was designed for entertaining, at 415 sq.ft. it has 3 sinks, 2 dishwashers, an 8' long coffee bar, space for 2 refrigerators, a 36" gas stove top, 2 electric wall ovens with side opening doors, a drink refrigerator and a 4' x 8' flour prep area.  Thanksgiving will be a breeze.
There is a formal dining room with a 6' diameter table and 10 chairs.  Next to the dining room is the living room.  A large office with it own outside entrance with easy access to the kitchen and dining room.  There are 3 bedrooms with one primary Jack & Jill bathroom that includes many cabinets, front loading washer/dryer on matching cabinets drawers and a roll-in shower with ceiling shower head and wall mounted hand wand shower head.  The 3/4 guest bathroom also has a very large roll-in shower with the same fixtures. 
The North foyer leads to the shared covered patio with La Gallaria.
The apartment has a whole house HVAC system with utilities and internet included in the monthly rent.
Hot water is never far away with the circulation system.
There are many custom touches in this home, 3 hand carved doors, carved dining room table and chairs, all 15 doors are build with solid cherry wood.  The original entrance doors from 1881 are between the office and dining room, they were given to me by a friend with a story that they came from El Paso, Texas.  They have been lovingly restored with original hardware and new period glass.
The restored outside light fixtures on the office and bedroom entrance are from the noted Blacksmith "Oxy Bill" who was very productive in the 1950's in Silver City.
