La Cueva is a 750 sq. ft. walkout basement apartment, with 2 windows on the North wall in the kitchen/dining area.  The carport entrance is a glass and metal door (41" jamb opening) ensuring easy access with a small venting window in the alcove.  Your covered parking is 1 big step out your door, taking groceries in has never been easier. 

The apartment is 26' long X 29' wide and divided into two halves each roughly 14.5' wide x 26' long the ceiling is 7'-5" tall.  The North half contains the entrance, kitchen, laundry and dining area with a tile floor.  The South half is the bedroom with closets, TV area and 3/4 bathroom with the vanity and shower open to the bedroom area and has hardwood flooring.  The 48" square, tiled shower has a rain shower ceiling head and hand wand to ease cleaning.  The toilet has its own space.

There are two openings between the kitchen and bedroom area, one is a 36" door and the other is a 5' wide opening with a drape near the apartment entrance. 

There is a mini-split head unit in each half of the apartment.

La Cueva is very quiet with 16" thick rock walls and 3 of the perimeter walls furred in with R-23 rockwool insulation.  Keeping this apartment comfortable is very easy with the mini-split system.

Hot water is unlimited with the shared on-demand water heater.

Your TV area has CAT 5 wiring for your smart TV streaming, internet service is 100 Mbps.

Footfall noise from upstairs tenants is very faint if at all, the 2" x 8" ceiling/floor joist are filled with R-30 rockwool insulation and 2 layers of fire rated 5/8" sheetrock.
